What is a Mediterranean Diet?
There really isn't such a thing as "a" Mediterranean diet. The various countries bordering the Mediterranean have a variety of eating habits. Greeks eat differently from Italians, who eat differently from the French and Spanish. An active lifestyle
Weight control
A diet low in red meat, sugar and saturated fat and high in produce and nuts
