Read the Labels and Ingredients Lists!

.......but be aware that if you are reading a label, you are likely not eating "food". How many of the foods in the fruits and vegetables, dairy and meat sections of the grocery store have ingredients lists?

Companies try and "trick" their ingredient lists by splitting sugar into various categories to get them further down the list so that the consumers think that there is less of it in the food they are selling.
